It will be next to the west side residential neighborhood in the green space north of the Metro station.

- Length, 350 feet; longer than a football field.
- Height, 65 feet (six levels) of parking and 75 foot towers; plus lights on poles..
- Width, 185 feet; wider than a football field.
- Beside its negative impact, this garage will harm the Glenmont residential area by bringing 1200 more
commuters cars to Glenmont, clogging neighborhood roads, and causing more air pollution.
